Dean Waldron joined Waldron Financial in 1998 and has spent more than 25 years earning the trust of clients and families across Western New York. For Dean, this work has never been just a career — it is a calling rooted in genuine care for the people he serves.

Dean takes a holistic approach to financial planning — one that begins not with numbers, but with listening. He believes that truly understanding a client's life, values, family, and goals is the foundation of advice that actually makes a difference.

Outside the office, Dean and his wife Lisa have been married for more than 30 years and raised two children, both now married and building families of their own. Faith and community are central to who he is, and he and his family have devoted thousands of hours to church and civic activities — a commitment that continues to shape how he shows up for his clients every day.
